Checking in was straightforward and quick. My room was spacious and clean. I had plenty of space for my clothes and 'stuff'. Comfortable bed. Quiet at night. Nice bathroom with plenty of clean towels. The bar was quiet but 'nice enough' when I went there mid afternoon soon after I arrived. I met with some friends for a meal the only night I was there and everything was good. I had a good breakfast in the restaurant the next morning, shortly before I left. All told it was a nice place to stay in.

Leixlip is a small town, very friendly but Leixlip Manor was not up to scratch. We found a nice restaurant in Leixlip as the Leixlip Manor had no food for evening meal although we were advised it had. The only good thing about this hotel was the friendly receptionist that greeted us. The hotel is horrendouse. I would NOT recommend anyone to stay here and highly advise to consider alternative accommodation if you are considering staying here.

Hotel is in great location for liffey valley shopping centre. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good and evening dinner was good. Down side was bathroom shower hose sprayed out water went out onto floor. The sink stopper didn't work and also the toilet didn't flush very well. Had to put curtains up on window sill so the heat of radiator could get out.CarolineIreland - 10Scored 10

Pretty little Irish village just outside Dublin iwth strong links to the Guinness family. Lovely walks along the river Liffey and countryside with plenty of pubs and dining options. Only 1/2 an hour by car from the airport, ferry terminals and Dublin City. 2 train stations with journey to Dublin also about 1/2 an hour and good value plus decent bus services. Liffey Valley shopping complex is also nearby. Overall providees the best of both worlds for a city/country stayMarkUnited Kingdom
