We stayed in room 210 which was well away from everything and this suited us perfectly as we were doing the marathon and wanted a good sleep. We liked the way they have preserved a lot of the original features of the building. Ciara on reception was absolutely lovely too.

There’s plenty to do, it’s only 10 mins from the city centre of Belfast. Be careful of the bus lanes though, it’s a hefty fine if you drive in them! Thankfully it’s only 20mph in the city, it gives you time to decide which lane to be in and stay out of the bus lane!!

The guy who managed the wedding we were attending was fabulous. He went above and beyond for the wedding guests and the bride and groom. The hotel was impeccably clean. Loved the fact that there was a vending machine for late night snacks.

Use of pool was a real bonus - the children loved it. Staff could not have been better. Given COVID, the hotel did a great job of making everything seem as normal as possible.
