The wifi connection was great. The staff was very friendly. There is a HoHo bus stop directly across the street from the hotel which was very convenient. Parking was easy and reliable. There were a lot of good, reasonably priced restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

We stayed in room 210 which was well away from everything and this suited us perfectly as we were doing the marathon and wanted a good sleep. We liked the way they have preserved a lot of the original features of the building. Ciara on reception was absolutely lovely too.

There’s plenty to do, it’s only 10 mins from the city centre...
There’s plenty to do, it’s only 10 mins from the city centre of Belfast. Be careful of the bus lanes though, it’s a hefty fine if you drive in them! Thankfully it’s only 20mph in the city, it gives you time to decide which lane to be in and stay out of the bus lane!!
Check in staff were very polite and helpful.
Room was lovely. Spotless clean. Very roomy. Couldnt fault it at all.
Dinner was lovely. Food piping hot. Arrived very quickly.
Beautiful roaring fire which we sat at for hour enjoying a lovely drink
Decor is beautiful in the hotel.
Pool and spa area is lovely and clean. Pool is really nice. Great size.
Bed was super comfy. Had fabulous night sleep.😍😍
The guy who managed the wedding we were attending was fabulous. He went above and beyond for the wedding guests and the bride and groom.
The hotel was impeccably clean.
Loved the fact that there was a vending machine for late night snacks.
Everything was amazing, the staff (aside from the one member of staff mentioned in my cons) were fantastic. The venue was incredible and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was lovely too!
I liked the food, the evening meal was very good and I enjoyed the breakfast also. The pool was lovely, nice and quiet to have a swim and hot tub was lovely. Gorgeous views from the hotel
Use of pool was a real bonus - the children loved it. Staff could not have been better. Given COVID, the hotel did a great job of making everything seem as normal as possible.
